On behalf of the Overseas Section of the Punjab Medical College Alumni Association, I convey our sincere appreciation to the organizing committee for their dedication in bringing together graduates from across generations and continents.
Punjab Medical College is more than an institution; it is a legacy that has shaped thousands of medical professionals who now serve humanity across the globe. Wherever we may be practicing in Pakistan, the Middle East, Europe, North America, or beyond, the foundation of our professional excellence and ethical values traces back to PMC. This shared identity binds us together as one global alumni family.
As President of the Overseas Section, I strongly believe that our diaspora holds immense potential to contribute meaningfully to the growth and advancement of our alma mater. Through academic collaboration, research partnerships, faculty development, tele-education, and student mentorship, overseas alumni can play a vital role in strengthening PMC’s international standing and educational standards. Together, we can help bridge global best practices with local needs for the benefit of future generations of students.
