From Vision to Reality: The PMCAA Story
- Brief history of PMCAA — PMC association was formed with the collaborative efforts of Dr Zubair Ahmed and Dr Javed Iqbal Dr Akmal Hussain Dr Mohammad Akram and Dr Mohammad Saeed in 2004
- The First Alumni global gathering was arranged in Faisalabad Pakistan in 2006 and it has been happening since
- In last 2 years we have established a manned alumni office at PMC and start a Qarze-hasna programme and student scholarship
- During Covid Aluma body held MDT meetings online to collaborate and share knowledge amongst physicians. Some ad hoc meetings were arranged to discuss specific cases and its management
- Alumni have long been conduction teaching and training workshops with the help of foreign alumni
- Alumni had been helping fresh graduates and students with securing clinical attachments and observerships abroad
