History of PMCAA
The Punjab Medical College Alumni Association (PMCAA) was established with the vision of uniting graduates of Punjab Medical College (now Faisalabad Medical University) under a single platform to foster lifelong connection, professional collaboration, and service to humanity.
PMCAA was formally founded in 2004 through the collective efforts of dedicated alumni, including Dr. Zubair Ahmed, Dr. Javed Iqbal, Dr. Akmal Hussain, Dr. Mohammad Akram, and Dr. Mohammad Saeed. Their shared commitment laid the foundation for a strong and structured alumni body representing PMC graduates across Pakistan and around the world.

In the past two years, PMCAA has expanded its impact by establishing a fully staffed Alumni Office at FMU, launching a Qarze-Hasna program, and increasing educational scholarships for deserving students.
